baseball!!!

Thanks to Groupon, we were able to get 1/2 price tickets to a Cardinals game! And Hunter got to go with us! While I do not want to raise a Cardinals fan, I DO want to raise a baseball fan. So I figured I need to start early!


I absolutely love baseball and I love being at the stadium. There is nothing like a baseball stadium on a summer afternoon! Hunter was great. It was pretty hot, but thankfully we were in the shade and they were giving away ice. Hunter loved eating the ice and we would rub it on his legs and arms if he started to look too hot.

One of the highlights for me was singing "Take me out to the ballgame" during the seventh inning stretch with the whole crowd and watching Hunter's little eyes light up. We sing that all the time at home, and now he can say he has heard it *live*.


Josh & I have a thing about the number 17. We met on the 17th, we got engaged on the 17th, and we were married on the 17th. It is crazy how often this number comes up in our life... and once again, it did! I had seat #17.
