Hunter is officially done with the bottle now. We gave him his last one Wednesday morning and he hasn't seemed to miss it. These are pictures of his last bottle, along with mommy morning cuddle time.
Oh what beautiful pictures. You look especially lovely on the bottom one, Kim. Hunter is still a baby and yet he seems so long now! I did not feel the changes so poignantly with my own--too caught up in the day by day, too fascinated with every change to have the sense of the changes coming so fast! What a blessing you give all of us by recording this special moments! Thank you!
awww-another step of growing up. i've always said that the journey of motherhood is a series of steps of "letting go" ... all bittersweet, but oh, every moment is preciously stored up in a mother's heart forever.
"This life, therefore, is not righteousness but growth in righteousness, not health but healing, not being but becoming, not rest but exercise; we are not yet what we shall be, but we are growing toward it; the process is not yet finished, but it is going on; this is not the end, but it is the road." --Martin Luther
